New Baby Productions, an LLC operating in Bloomfield Township, Michigan, is a comic book and graphic novel publisher. The Company licenses the worldwide rights to its library of original content for use in a variety of products and media, including movies, TV, video games, and toys.

The worldwide entertainment industry is expanding and the upside potential of licensing the movie and TV rights to our intellectual property is enormous. There is room in the market for players of all sizes. New Baby is well positioned to take advantage of the trend in Hollywood to procure most of their source material from pre-existing media properties such as novels, comic books, and video games rather than traditional spec scripts sent out by agents. All of New Baby’s products will be similar to the types of high-concept genre fare that movie producers crave.

The Company believes the comic book format is the most cost effective way to tell great stories visually and build intellectual property value for other media. We anticipate that once producers learn about our various properties they will license the film rights from us and hopefully make a movie based on each story.

Funding of the Company to date has come from the founder, so far totaling $25,000. New Baby Productions seeks $30,000 in additional financing from investors. All funds raised will be used to produce, print, and market the VAMPIRE APOCALYPSE graphic novel.

Projected revenues are $79,800 in the 1st year. We expect that the Company will be profitable by the end of the 1st year with estimated net income of $8,223 before taxes. Net income in the 2nd year is expected to climb to $133,840. Investors can liquidate their equity holdings in the Company through either a management buyout by the founder or the acquisition of New Baby Productions at a much higher valuation by another company.
