Description:
I have an idea for an investment for a new discovery that could become a new product or service opportunity for an interested investor, I would initially need enough money to start a business to have a base for development. The discovery is i believe the only one existing and has a large amount of future investment opportunities. I could at present use my skill,just one aspect originating from this discovery to offer a service in public security.
