Description:
We are looking for 100% financing without any upfront fee's for 2 Gas Stations with Convenience Stores. We are looking for $450k to purchase all 2 gas stations and that includes everything.

We have all the financials and can pay back full amount within 1 year or less. Both gas stations are fully operational and have done very well for themselves.

Looking to continue expanding after the purchase of both these gas stations. There are several more gas stations that we are very interested in, but will do two this time, and possibly more next. Looking to build a reputation with one company to continue to use them as a funding source.

Will need loan for about one year. Will use Credit Card Funds to make massive payments to pay off quickly. Both Gas Stations are doing approximately $85,000 a Month in Credit Card Sales.

I have information regarding both Gas Stations.
