Description:
Per seat, on demand air travel using business aircraft is the first significant travel breakthrough since the introduction of jet airliners. Travel time with this service is three to ten times faster than either airlines or driving on regional trips. JetLimo’s unique approach to delivering the service, its strong barriers to entry and reasonable capital requirements, position it to be the market leader while maximizing the valuation of the company.

The JetLimo business model uses its proprietary systems to address the complex scheduling and logistics of per-seat, on-demand air travel. The system quickly and efficiently aggregates disparate passengers onto flights and uses FAA certified charter operators to provide the flights. The JetLimo system manages all aspects of searches, pricing, scheduling, simulation & modeling, demand forecasting and operations. JetLimo’s gross profit is the difference between the fares collected and the charter costs paid. Fares are collected at booking, before the flight, and operator costs are paid about 10 days after the flight; this is an attractive cash flow model for the company. At target passenger loads, fares are $2-3/mile, which generate average gross margin above 45%.

The JetLimo management team consists of business veterans from technology, academia and charter aviation, plus a strong board of directors and advisory committee.

The combination of a strong team, proprietary technology, scalable business model and multiple barriers to entry, position JetLimo extremely well as the leader in per-seat, on demand air travel using business aircraft.
